I recently completed a 7 week individual training program with Vic, Doug, and Nick. They were incredibly patient and kind as I absorbed what was being taught, and allowed me to repeat the exercises as needed to ensure full understanding. It’s very evident they genuinely care about what they’re doing!

We also spent time discussing the mental aspects that are a critical part of remaining safe. I walked away armed with so much knowledge and awareness that I didn’t have before. Vic was also so kind in checking in between sessions to ensure we focused on the areas I wanted to cover in the upcoming session.

I originally considered taking the course in a group format, but I’m very glad I elected to do the Elite training which provided the individual instruction time I needed. I plan to return for some refresher courses in the future to make sure I stay sharp on the skills I learned from this training.

I highly recommend the COBRA Self Defense Program in Trinity! It is well worth the investment and is something anyone can benefit from in this crazy world we live in!

The C.O.B.R.A. self-defense program is excellent. When I discovered this program, I planned to sign up to take the course with my spouse, but she was unable to participate, so I brought my son. We found the curriculum teaches practical and useful techniques to protect yourself and your family while emphasizing the importance of situational awareness, de-escalation, and prevention techniques. Vic, Nick, and Doug, our instructors, are very knowledgeable and patient teachers. I highly recommend the C.O.B.R.A. program, at Suncoast Tang Soo Do for anyone interested in learning about proper self-defense techniques and prevention strategies.
