I’ve never seen such poor and unprofessional customer service at the front desk here. We had a horrible experience getting my 2-year-old’s blood drawn here today. We are already stressed and anxious with medical tests being done and they made it so much worse. The phlebotomist was slightly better than the front desk but still did not inspire confidence. I’m just hoping they at least did the tests correctly/sent everything we needed to the lab.

While I respect closing for a holiday to allow employees time off with their families, adjusted hours should be updated online and not just posted on the door. I made an appointment online, drove 30 minutes each way with 1 year old twins, only to see the location was closed. I received email confirmation for the appointments and was never notified of the adjusted hours. Unprofessional and a complete waste of my day.

The front desk lady is cold as iceberg. We arrived at 12:23, only 3 minutes late for their lunch break. I asked if they could make exceptions for my 5 years old daughter. My daughter is fasting and hungry. This lady rejected my request and told me she is hungry as well.

Try to AVOID this location. The customer service is stunningly poor. I had a 7am appointment for today 4/26/24 that I booked on their website. I arrived at 6:55am and there was already a line of 8 people waiting outside. After checking in at the ipad, they told me that they don't take appointments, although the website does. Then they accused me of being late when I was actually early. Then they said I should have told them that I had an appointment. Well, it's right there on the ipad when I checked in. Essentially, they were trying to blame me for having to wait for my 7am appointment. I get it, everyone is under staffed and over worked. But being rude doesn't help anything. Avoid this location if you can.

I absolutely hate giving blood. It’s a struggle every single time until I came to this CPL. They’ve somehow managed to draw my blood many times without hurting me. This honestly never happens for me.

This company doesn't answer the phone and it's annoying that I can't get anyone answered the phone. Bad customer service!
