We do not get the service we pay for. Recurring outages. Availability estimated at less than 50% (conservatively). Customer service is horrendous. Example: When seeking assistance, was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours. Transferred 12 times. Each time the rep said it was the wrong department. The call was terminated without resolution. Tried another time using CL Chat. Another hour of my life I will never get back. Once again, transferred 5 times to wrong department until told they could not assist because I was chatting from the wrong phone This company knows they are not providing the contracted service in our area, yet they continue to accept new customers.

After using my phone hotspot out of desperation, I realized it was infinitely more reliable than the service CenturyLink provides. I urge all to find a different service. This company will scam you with a router and service less useful than a toaster.

You just transfered to new name bright speed and after been given the run around and having trouble getting a decent phone number I got through to a very nice and helpful agent named Julie. When I got off the phone with her It felt like I met a new friend today. Very pleasant and welcoming.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INTERNET EVER. This company over charges so much! The modem they give you has the weakest signal known to man and the reliability of the wifi working is bad as well. THIS SHOULD BE THE LAST COMPANY YOU GO WITH.

They by far have to be the worst internet service I have ever seen. The tech support is horrible I will definitely be canceling my service and going with a mobile hot spot instead. I recommend not to use this sorry service. I have had 3 technicians at my house in 2 days and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They promised me 3GB data speeds and I get 58kbs. That is very unacceptable. There is no excuse for that at all. They lie to there customers that’s the truth

I have had VERY, VERY POOR internet service over the last 3 months. It has been slow the past year, but now I LOOSE CONNECTION. I cannot complete my nursing continuing education, upload any pictures, watch any streamed movies or research any websites. I feel lucky if I can place orders for my business and can print a receipt. I have checked my modem with their customer service and it says it is working properly. DON'T PURCHASE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

Best ISP in Stephenville and I have had so far. They are the only show I know of that offers fiber internet where I live. The techs are very helpful and work to make sure you are happy.

The phone help is very bad though. They are not knowledgeable. They are unable to answer some pretty simple networking question, but they are polite and patient when you have an issue.

Worst internet since dial up. At least in Stephenville. Have requested help and support and all is wanted to add an additional router for another 65/month. I'm 5 feet from the router and it drops service frequently!!! Could you imagine right now... no internet as usual
