I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here, definitely a lot of discrimination. I was a feeder putting boxes in the machine and we were just standing around with no work with 2 mins until break, so myself and another guy started heading to the break room only for the supervisor Bobby to walk in saying that break is at 8 and we need to stay on our areas until the bell rings. I ask what harm is in us leaving as we did instead of waiting until the bell since in actuality it shortens our break from 15 mins to like 13 just from the walk and if you have food and have to wait on others to use the two microwaves sometimes your break is technically only like 8 mins. He says to me ok you know what ima fix you ima go correct your time. I’m lost like what it was a question but I just finished my break and proceed to speak with him after. Hoping he had calmed and we could speak as men and have some type of understanding and real communication. So I stated that I wasn’t trying to be funny or rude by questioning him and explained I was just looking for further understanding. He turns red and says you’re always questioning me it’s always some kind of issue. So I ask so I’m not allowed or suppose to ask any questions and you’re the supervisor, he says no when I say something you just do it, you don’t need to question me I just need you to come in and work. Then he says you know what we’re done I can’t, we can’t you can go ahead and clock out and go home and not come back. We don’t need you. I was like from asking a question? He was like yes I’m tired and we can’t do this anymore as if we constantly argue. Then he proceeds to say I was seen on camera going into the restroom and he’s sure I was on my phone. Which on that particular day I did pull out my phone in the bathroom but I’m off the floor and out the way. I’ve never been at any company where you can’t step off the main floor to check your phone especially if the machine down and you aren’t working. He just always says sweep or mop just stay busy to the temps or should I say mainly the black ppl. While the workers that are hired on full time, the white ppl can stand around and laugh and talk. If you’re black I advise you to just not even take the job. You’ll feel it and see it for yourself and wish you took heed. It’s sad because it’s a easy job and it’s 2023 but I guess some ppl are stuck in their ways. The owner either doesn’t know what goes on or doesn’t care, I’m my opinion the guys who just work there have to much power. I seen a guy that just runs the machine tell a Hispanic kid he can leave and not come back because he wasn’t fast enough and the supervisor Bobby or no one said anything. I’m like it’s its first day on the job so he doesn’t know how to work the equipment plus what job doesn’t give you time to learn. The forklift workers can sit when they don’t have work and talk for hours and even be on their phones but soon as you pull yours out to check the time it’s like he just watching you and pops up and has something to say. And they only pay $15 a hour so trust me it’s not worth the headache. I mean $15 is better than a lot of places but also McDonald’s pays $15 now a days. I came from the medical field doing phlebotomy working for Lab Corp, Plasma centers, Red Cross, one blood etc I just wanted something with a more steady schedule so I swapped it up. But that’s what I seen on the job. I could keep going but I’m sure you get it. As I said if you want to apply here or assigned by a temp agency tell them to place you somewhere else. The same day I left them o was sent to Gold Bond making $18 so trust me you’ll find better

Very rude an disrespectful supervisor an upper management. Nothing about this place is positive they walk around you like you not even there an loves to talk down about all they workers an smile in their face.Will tell you one thing an do the other. NOTHING about the job is for employees if u not friends or family on the outside u DO NOT MATTER TO THEM.
