I have been going to this salon for the past several years.

They always have given great service however the last 2 times, where the worst.

Henry did my nails, gel manicure.

He thinned my nails terribly to the point where they all broke/ripped within the FIRST WEEK.

After that, I was disappointed and took my business elsewhere.

I wouldn’t have been so upset as much of it was acrylics but it was my natural nails.

After a year, I decided to give them another try.

Kyle has always been great but the last time I went, a simple gel manicure,

Within a WEEK, 1 nail ripped, 3 nails were chipped

It’s been 3 days since he’s fixed them, and now 2 of my nails have broken.

Too many clients that they take on when in reality they don’t have the time or staff to handle each customer with care/customer service.

Place is messy, and obnoxious.

This was my first time here and the staff is really great. I got a full set and a pedicure the experience was wonderful. The young man that did my nails did a wonderful job. The prices are amazing! Will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. I was told 30 mins and actually spent an hour and a half. My nails were done short. They were bulky and don’t look shaved down at all. You can actually see my real nail. My nails burned while they were being cured. This place sucks. They even let somebody vape in the salon. Not family oriented at all. Don’t take your kids!

Went into there today even though he was busy the owner Jet Lee got my pedicure done fast , while I was getting them done he was funny as hell! Very personal with all his clients and does the best nails I ever had done in Delaware . Will be returning always

Horrible after second day! There’s a lump on second nail and my thumb is chipped. Never will i give them my money! Pedicure was maybe 5 mins not worth the money.

Kyle was my nail guy. He moved he was freaking Amazing. Jett is good too. He is human and has made mistakes but will correct them if bring to his attention. Still a 5 in my eyes I only want to Jett 2x. But he was nice, funny definitely like going to a friend's for a hour
