Sold me a trailer that was “brand new” and I drove in from out of state to pick up. 4 weeks after purchasing, I found issues with the trailer and tried to work with the manufacturer as warranty and found out it was a factory reject trailer with no warranty- C&L didn’t disclose any of that info and wouldn’t call me back or follow up after a couple months of me trying to return trailer or get a resolution to fix the trailer.

The online and live auction was set up weirdly. You must immediately pay and that wasn't an issue because I did. Now the problem is the communication with shipping. There is zero time frame put in black and white. On your invoice there is zero information about shipping. If you buy online "buyer beware ". I will NOT participate in any of your auctions again. UPDATE* These people had the nerve to charge me $115 for shipping! It was a tiny micro pistol. Holy ** that has me fuming!! This is the worst buying experience I've ever had. Stay AWAY FROM C&L Equipment auctions.

Called and talked to several people they seemed very nice and would look into finding out additional information on a vehicle but never got a text or callback like I was told.

Please don't post your items for online auctions trying to make more money if you can't put in the extra work to answer questions or take the time to list the important information in the listing (mileage warning, lights,)

Gave 2 stars because at least the were polite

We bought some trucks with them
When we went to pick them up
And the old owners had taken out the bar that connects the two differentials without posting or taking pictures of it on the ad
And to add to that you pay before they even give the address to see them in person

Bought a box truck from the auction ad said run and drive when we picked it up it took 2 hours for them to get it to us we finally got it but it only ran it didn't drive come to find out the transmission was completely shot and they knew and didn't put it in the ad do not recommend this auction just save your money for a more reputable place
