Bushidokan is a safe place to learn martial arts and develop your character. I trained here for many years and have nothing but respect and love for the teachers and leader, Herb Lague!

I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to train at Bushidokan to practice Danzan Ryu Jujitsu.
I was searching for traditional Japanese martial arts and lucked on finding their excellent self defense and exercise style.
I have studied Aikido and Karate previously and wanted to stick with Japanese arts over Brazilian jujitsu, kung fu or muy Thai boxing.
I feel the atmosphere is welcoming and the entire community is dedicated to helping students develop. My 8 year old daughter has begun training, as well. My daughter enjoys the other kids and is developing in her skills quite quickly.
The classes are donation based, which is rare for any martial art as they are usually over 100 a month, and more often have a contract tied in. Financially, it’s great to know my family can train, even if money gets tight, as there is no pressure to pay more
Classes are Tuesday and Friday nights 5:30 to 7:30 and Saturday mornings 10:00 to 12:00- plenty of opportunities to get practice in. There are a few groups training to their levels, so that all experience and abilities are able to train, learn and develop.
