I would have given zero stars.
This review is specially for the owner Siraj Shaikh who hails from Nagpur but is currently abroad as informed by the hotel keepers.
The rooms are extremely unhygienic, dirty, unclean, and very small for the cost. We checked in late evening, and we had informed in the afternoon that we will be late, even though the rooms were not ready, neither cleansed. Even after cleaning the rooms were dirty. You can literally choke in the room as the dirt is all over just that it's pushed behind the beds, carpets etc. There were used papers thrown in the room which we had to tell them to remove. The big chair in the executive room felt it was not cleaned for years. The entire upholstery was stinking and they had to empty almost the entire room freshener in the 2 rooms we had booked. Imagine even the chairs in the dining area were smelling filth. I can't even imagine how we had food as we were choking. Our breakfast was included in the package, but we had to let it go as we just couldn't stand the unhygienic place, and we ate outside. The entire hotel has been ill kept and everywhere you move you can feel the dirt, unhygienic, smell and what not. Thank goodness we were booked only for one night. I will also not name the person here, but his character towards women was cheap. He kept staring and we also once caught him peeping in another room whose door was slightly open and there was a lady sitting inside. Hence we also felt unsafe in that manner. The food we unfortunately had was extremely spicy, even after telling them that don't make spicy.
We are regular avid travellers and we stay at the best hotels possible, and what is available. We have stayed at simple places too, but cleanliness has been the key at these places. This is not the case at BTP and I will highly not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic cleanliness. The ownerd hard earned money is getting ruined like this. Also note the parking is outside on the road where you get place and is not secured. They also don't give your proper information about the nearby areas where you can go to explore. They will urge you to take the jeeps even though the roads are good.

Btp bungalow is one of most worst property of Chikhaldara.Online everything is shown very beautifully but when u visit the hotel u will highly be disappointed. There is no cleanliness in the hotel food is also worst I recommend not to book this hotel .

The service is not as per expectation. Rooms are very small and per day charges are very high compair to facilities provided. Generator was not available during power cut. Overall horrible experience.

BTP BUNGLOW..
All these three stars are just for Those two kids who were working very hard to make us feel comfortable
Nikhil and Aaryan,were on their toes ROUND THE CLOCK
These two kids just 16/18 years old are doing their ITI course and alongside working here as helpers ..but they both were doing everything from cleaning rooms tho washing the bathrooms to making the beds in each rooms to charging the dish tv subscription to serving tea in the rooms
I really felt pitty for these two boys
I wish they complete their studies and have bright and successful future ?
As far as the property is concerned i think you can get more better options for the price of 2.5/3k in Chikhaldara..i mean when i ventured into the local market and saw more good properties for less rate,and i say this was my fault of not searching for more options in that area before coming here
This place is a bit secluded
Restaurant was not functional at my time of visit but again I won't blame anyone because these two kids were only managing it so no complaints for them
Breakfast Lunch Dinner is prepared in a house next to this bunglow and then served here
I had ordered according to the price mentioned menue card that we were given,but later when i recieved the bill it was way higher from what was actually mentioned in the menu
Later after raising this issue the bill was corrected and given to me

My suggestion would be don't go on the ratings reviews ( including my review) or pictures that you see online
If possible go out there and check it personally and then decide
Parking is available on the road

Very well maintained hotel. Nice food. Very friendly staff. Location is quite and beautiful, also near to various points nearby. Overall good stay.
Only improvement is needed in AC and room freshners.

We had a great family get together here. Stayed for 2 nights. The toilet fittings are A1. Cleanliness is maintained well. Only the bathroom ceilings are infested with fungus. Hopefully they will find a solution. The rooms are well maintained with good WiFi network. Smart tvs are there connected to WiFi. Can stream Netflix etc.
