I’ve been a member of Boxing Lab for about 3 years and I’ve loved every class. Alex makes sure that the workouts are different and helps improve our combo skills.

Highly recommend Boxing Lab to anyone that’s wanting to learn the fundamentals or even an experienced boxer. My teenage daughter loves coming here with me and has become an avid little boxer herself.

Having an “Open Gym” with all rogue equipment is a huge benefit for when i want to lift and not have to be in a crowded space.

Lastly, Boxing Lab offers a recovery section with saunas and a cold plunge that definitely helps with those achy muscles.

Was hesitant when I first booked a class about a couple months ago, now it’s been a weekly routine for me!! One of my favorite classes and Alex does a great job at keeping the class fun and different every time. Highly recommend!!!

Boxing Lab is the best! It is always a great workout with tons of variety week to week. There are class times to fit different schedules and the community here is great and so welcoming. The facilities are clean and organized, with all the gym and weight equipment you need.

Been boxing for few years now...by far the best boxing gym I have worked with...all the coaches know what they're doing and actually teach proper fundamentals which is crucial. There are variety of classes for all levels. The gym itself is well maintained & clean, all the necessary weight lifting equipments are there, a sauna room, a cold plunge tub which is my favorite after every workout. All in all, Alex...the owner...is building a Boxing gym brand...he's passionate about & he's doing it well.

Love this gym is so clean organized and doesn’t smell lol I have been training with Alex and I’m super happy. He is so knowledgeable and really pushes you to be ur best which I appreciate. He is also super supportive and impatient when it comes to teaching technique I highly recommend coming here for not only your gym needs but any of your training whether it’s boxing kickboxing or just some HIT training

I've been going to Boxing Lab for a little less than two years. I came across the studio through friends when I was looking into incorporating boxing into my routine and changing up the way I do my cardio. Alex's classes are not only fun but they're also very challenging. You'll find yourself drenched without dreading the work. If you're looking into adding boxing as your cardio, Boxing Lab is the best studio in OC. A lot less boutique-y than others and more focused on technique and form. They also offer hot/cold therapy which is absolutely amazing for wellness and recovery. Highly suggest trying out Boxing Lab!

Experienced coaches, a clean environment and an amazing weight room. Nice sauna as well. Alex and AJ are both professional and knowledgeable. A great gym to get in shape and improve your technique. Highly recommend Tuesday and Friday morning classes.
