Always and forever love the chance to train at Bom Jiu Jitsu in Castle Rock. Gui, the head professor, is not only incredibly skilled in Jiu Jitsu but also has a genuine passion for teaching and helping his students reach their full potential. His enthusiasm for jiu jitsu is contagious and has helped cultivate my love for jiu jitsu immensely! This last time I was here I had the chance to train with professor Rebecca and greatly enjoyed learning from her!

The training at Bom Jiu Jitsu is challenging yet enjoyable. You will always be pushed to reach your fullest potential! I highly recommend training here if you get the chance, and I'm always looking for an excuse to train here whenever I'm in the area!

I've been training at Bom Jitsu for a year now, and when I first moved to Castle Rock I tried two other gyms before deciding Bom was the right place for me. I was happy to see there was a dedicated women's class, and even more impressed when I learned the professor was a female black belt and 6x world champion! Rebeca, Gui, Michael, and the rest of the coaches are top notch instructors that will push you to be the best you can be, while providing a safe and fun learning environment.

Not only has my jiu jitsu game sky rocketed, but also my confidence and overall health. Bom Jitsu is a family oriented gym that will look out for you both on and off the mats, and help you grow as a person. They offer a free week of classes to see if it is the right fit for you. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're thinking about it. You may find a lifelong hobby and awesome group of friends.

Our 4 kids started jiu-jitsu at BOM this summer, and it has been a fantastic experience! From the get-go the coaches and students were incredibly welcoming and came alongside my kids to show them the ropes. Each of the coaches are patient, kind, and overall just wonderful teachers!
