Renée est une professeur experte et humble à la fois, toujours de bonne humeur et s'adapte merveilleusement à chacun ! Elle enseigne aussi bien le Pilates et le Yoga avec la même passion et précision et c'est un réel plaisir que d'avoir pu prendre une semaine de cours avec elle dans son endroit idéal : l'immense salle dans laquelle elle donne ses cours et juste parfaite. Le calme et la beauté de la vue riment avec la salle de pratique magnifique. Un grand plaisir ! Merci Renée

Unquestionably a 5 star rating. Renée certainly deserves all the reviews she can obtain! Her first-rate bilingual Yoga and Pilates classes are absolutely gratifying, with Renée always so attentive to each student. Not forgetting the delightful surroundings...perfect!

I have attended the pilates class for over a year which is in french and english.
I absolutely love the class , the calmness of the environment and Renée has such a wonderful skill and knowledge of both Pilates and Yoga that I just keep coming back week after week to advance.
She has such a gentleness, warmth, and calmness that I feel like a different person when I leave an hour later .
I feel so much more supple and agile since starting .

I have been taking Yoga classes with Renee for 4 years and 2 years in her Pilates classes. Her classes are challenging and vary, which is important, and you come out feeling looser and energised. Can't recommend enough, no matter what age you are.

I'm always happy to see Renee, I've done both yoga and pilates classes for a few years at her excellent studio. She does classes in English and French, but what she excels at is adapting to all levels: from gentle beginner yoga, to fast flows to challenge the fittest yogi. I can't recommend her one to one pilates reformer enough, a great way to challenge your core strength.

One of the best Pilates teachers I have come across - Renee is bilingual and runs classes that have a lot of variety built in. Mat classes can be difficult - you can't always tell if you are in the right position. She always reminds us what to move, what not to move, and what we are aiming for. She inspires us to do our best and I have improved noticeably in less than 6 months. She is deservedly popular.

My first foray into yoga has been such a positive experience.

Renee's knowledge and her ability to clearly communicate the poses is very reassuring, especially for a novice.

After 6 months of private weekly lessons with my husband my balance and flexibility have already improved immeasurably and Renee focuses each week on any personal aches and pains making the lessons really effective and enjoyable.
