Visiting family in town and wanted to drop in for a class. Everybody was incredibly welcoming and I had a really enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend trying if you are local or a visitor. If I ever move to Orlando the first thing I will do after unpacking is sign up here.

My first interaction with Top Team was over the phone. The phone was answered right away, and the person on the other line, Xena, was super friendly, knowledgeable, clear, and helpful. When I went to visit and watch a class, she was really just great and made me feel comfortable. The vibe and energy in the space was really friendly and inviting, there was a great lounge area, and even spaces for dogs!
The people are really welcoming and friendly! I haven't been a member for very long and I really already feel like I'm part of the team. There are so many different belt levels, women, and practitioners of all ages.
Definitely recommend.

Updated review-- it's been almost a year! One thing that is really unique about this gym is the schedule. There are so many classes and such a large membership that attending different sessions almost feels like cross-training, which is GREAT. This gym isn't local to me but I'm happy to drive across town to be here. There is no uniform and the environment is relaxed. There are members who have been here for years, and it's such a great sign that not only do the black belts of the lineage often stop in, but the head coach visits other gyms as well. The relationships a gym has with the community, especially the mma/grappling community, is very telling of its internal environment. I love that you aren't pushed to be anything in particular here. You are free and independent to follow your own path: whether you're a cross trainer, competitor, or hobbyist, there is something here for you.
I like that there is ample time to practice the technique before rolls, and that there are hours and mat time for drilling, mobility, or workshopping, which has been super helpful for me.
I love the tribe here. There is such a diverse group of people here in every way. This environment has made a signficant and noticeable improvement in my jiu jitsu in a short time. The pressure I had been feeling to prove myself for so many years is gone here, and I can simply just enjoy grappling. And that has made a world of difference for me.

I came down to visit my parents and needed a place to train. I'm really happy I found this school. The owner Paul, super cool and great instructor. The culture he cultivated there is perfect for an old guy like myself. No crazy ego's, the rest of the staff is also super cool. I know I was the new guy there but from day one I felt like I had been family. The training I got was outstanding.
So yes, if you're in the local area I highly recommend training at this school of professionals.

Called early on Wednesday to see if I could join the evening MT classes. Got a call back shortly after with information and pricing. The team was extremely welcoming and went out of there way to get my name and introduce themselves. Additionally, the regulars were awesome. Both classes (fundamentals and pads/conditioning) were very informative. The coach/instructor (I would give him a shout out here but I forget his name) was really into everyone’s progress and paid close attention to technique. Can’t wait to stop back in next time I’m in town. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good MT class… make the trip…

I’ve been training for some time now at different gyms and had the pleasure of attending a few classes at This ATT. The staff is very friendly and the instructor is extremely knowledgeable. I’m unable to attend since I moved away but I still recommend this gym to everyone I know in the area. Keep up the great work!

Professor Rodriguez and his team are awesome. We dropped in for a BJJ class while on vacation and we're really impressed with everyone. Awesome instruction, friendly team, and a clean beautiful gym. Highly recommended!

ATT has a great atmosphere and culture, everyone is cool and make sure to keep you focused and motivated through tough workouts! I'm doing the Muay Thai classes and enjoy the different dynamics offered between taking the fundamentals class which focuses mainly on technique and bags and pads class which focuses on getting in a crazy workout but still keeping proper form. You can tell Paul, Caroline and all the instructors really care about creating a family type atmosphere and take pride in making sure you not only get in a great workout but also learn the discipline your training in (Muay Thai, BJJ, or MMA). Lastly, I love that there's no contract required for membership. Overall, attend an awesome gym with great people!
