Arthur Dib is an amazing instructor. He makes sure that your cardio is top notch along with a great way of teaching self defense that can be used by everyone. It's obvious that he absolutely loves what he does and it's evident in how he teaches his students. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to become more confident, learn self defense and also get in better physical condition.
