Amazing program with amazing instructors. I have 2 kids in the program, and it's been nothing but a great experience since day 1 the Director has always been super helpful and there when you need him. Sensei Cris Valenzuela Sr. And Jr. Are some of the greatest Instructors I have ever come across extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great with the kids every step of the way. From the classes to the tournaments.

Hello! I am Elle. I enrolled my daughter in an after school activity karate which is Activstars Athletic 7 years ago and now I am enrolled too. Everyone (Sensei’s)are very nice while maintaining the discipline in the class. You have that vive of light aura but not. When it comes to class, Sensei’s take it seriously but they also have a room for fun and games that correlates with karate or making stamina strong. My daughter met nice friends and I found myself friends as well and we are students in green belt class. We share the pain moms and dads while laughing ?. It is so much fun, while learning and spending time with our kids. My daughter and I goes home with the same body aches and that made me understand her hard work growing up in the class because now we share the pain. We have stuff to talk about, we practice at home together, we have fun stories and experience going home from tournaments. I have a lot of good stuff to say but may not have enough room. To close this statement, I am grateful that Activstars made their stop to promote this after school activity to my daughter’s elementary school way back then.

Sensei Joeffrey and staff are fantastic! Joeffrey patiently teaches young children while ensuring they have fun and understand the discipline required for Karate. My son looks forward to attending every week. We go to the Rose Lane location. Thank you staff and Sensei Joeffrey!

Sensei Jeoffrey and Sensei Michael at Desert Horizon in Phoenix are Great Instructors Great with kids !! Always had a positive and fun attitude They speak loud and clear for kids to understand My 6 year old learned a lot and enjoyed their class and did not mind getting up early on Saturday to go to class All the staff was great!!

My daughter loves Activstars she learning a lot and continues to progress and the motivation to be a leader and earn the next belts just grows after each semester. Not to mention it's very affordable tuition.
The karate tournaments are such a cool experience and opportunity for kids to earn medals, ribbons etc.
Highly recommend!

I was looking into signing my son up for karate a few months ago and I came across the instructor Sensei Jeoffrey and read all the great reviews about him. I was able to sign my son up for his class and it's been great! He's an awesome instructor and my son really likes him and loves going to karate.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to karate each week. Sensei Jeoffrey does a great job of keeping the kids engaged and focused on perfecting their moves. I love that he even has some of his higher belt students up front helping to facilitate. I think this shows the newer students how people their own age and size look performing. It also helps build confidence and leadership with the more experienced students. Highly recommend our Tuesday evening sessions as we have a lot of fun! PS winning at the tournament doesn't suck either 🙂
