What a great hotel. Everything was perfect… our room, the bedding, the lobby ambiance, the restaurants (food was absolutely fabulous), the cocktails and the wonderful service. It was an 11 out of 10!! Will definitely choose to stay here again when in Nashville! Michelle, the bartender in the lobby bar was absolutely fantastic!! What fun me and my friends had this past weekend!! A+++

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms are perfect with amazing views and comfortable beds. We also had the best experience with the concierge, Kim Barnes Woolery. She was so knowledgeable and helpful for places to take our 11 year old son. We travel for work every week and she is by far the best concierge we have ever worked with! |We will be back again!

I traveled alone for work and always felt safe coming back to the welcoming hotel. It's close enough to all the action while providing a nice quiet place to rest your head. The rooms are spacious and clean stocked with amazing views. Bourbon steakhouse was amazing and worthy of all the praise. Overall one of the best hotels in the area.

OMG! JW Marriott Nashville was AMAZING! Location was perfect! Just a quick walk to Broadway. My room was super clean and bed was super comfortable. Sarah at the Front Desk was so pleasant and professional. She was the best!!! Ms Ellen gives the warmest greetings as guests arrive. Hector in Valet Services was super nice and so thorough. JW Marriott staff made me feel like family and made my birthday celebration more than special. I look forward to visiting JW Marriott Nashville again in the near future.

Just a few weeks ago my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the JW in Nashville and let me tell you it was nothing short of amazing! From the swift valet concierges, to hospitable customer service at check in we were over the moon with how we were treated. We even had the pleasure of meeting an employee who is a painter at the JW, his name was Mike. He was extremely energetic and was able to answer all of our questions about the hotel along with simply providing pleasant conversation. You can tell that the employees not only enjoy what they’re doing but also are determine to make you feel the most welcomed throughout your stay!

Not only does the staff sweep you off your feet but so does the view from the hotel. Its central location within the downtown Nashville area gives you the ability to walk everywhere from Midtown to downtown! Truly a great hotel experience and we cannot wait to book with them again soon!

What a professional and knowledgeable employee Marriott has hired...Ms Kim Barnes Woolery!! She assisted me with tour suggestions and inside tips making our days easier and much more fun. She far exceeded my expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed the hop on/off bus tour. Great way to see the city. Great hire
