Clarence came on-time for appointments and explained everything to us. He tried to replace necessary circuit boards but but problem wasn't able to be fixed. His honesty and work was superior. We would recommend him to anyone.

I hesitated to post this review, because I support minority owned business, and I believe small businesses are under so much pressure. However, I don't feel I received the quality of service that all these 5 star reviews received. The office admin is very helpful and both her and the technician are friendly. There was a mix up on times for our service and they switched around so we could still be seen. My frustration came when the technician came in, took the back panel off the freezer and said the smell was from some juice that was spilled. It was a small spill, but he insisted that was the issue. The freezer smells like nail polish remover and everything in the fridge and freezer tastes like the smell. He left the panel off and told my husband how to put it back on. When I got home, I immediately noticed the melted plastic on the back of the panel. I texted a picture and asked what would cause that and the technician said it was not an issue. My freezer still smells toxic and the food still tastes bad weeks later. We are going to have to pay another agency to come out and charge us again. We still had to pay the $80 to this company to not have the repair we needed done. They are not terrible, we just didn't have a great experience. I feel like we just threw $80 away that we couldn't afford to throw away.

Incredible business, incredible guy! Clarence is a very intelligent individual who will keep you informed the entire process. As a woman, he made me feel extremely comfortable and didn't talk to me like I was lesser than. Hard to find! Highly, highly recommend. Don't go to anyone else. This man is obviously passionate about his work and really cares about his customers. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

I referred to google reviews to find a repair guy and was surprised to find someone with many reviews and all 5 star. I wasn't disappointed. Clarence was patient and methodical in his diagnosis of the problem with my dishwisher not pumping out the water. He even went the same day and got the part and fixed it. Diagnosed and fixed in about 20 mins, took longest to get the part and get to the pump to replace it. Will be my go to for appliance repair.

I'm always skeptical of businesses with a 5 star average rating, but it is deserved. I was able to request an appointment online, he responded quickly to set up a time. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, left to get the parts and returned to finish the repair all in under an hour.
