Where do I start? Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge was simply fantastic from beginning to end!

Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a great stay. The water park was the highlight - incredibly cool and so much fun for the kids. They couldn't get enough of it!

While dining and cocktails were a bit pricey, the convenience of not having to leave the resort was worth it. The rooms, though dated, were clean and comfortable. But honestly, we spent so little time in them it hardly mattered.

The Magic Quest & wand activity was brilliant for downtime or in between activities. It kept the kids engaged and excited throughout our stay.

Check-out was as seamless as check-in, and we were impressed by how genuinely happy all the staff seemed to be working there. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience.

Recommendation: If you're staying overnight, definitely purchase the ultimate food and fun package. It's a great value and will save you a ton of money!

Overall, Great Wolf Lodge provided an unforgettable family experience. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed here right after labor day. It was really empty so barely any lines at the water park. My 3yr old had so much fun and slept so well at night. Very easy to get food near the resort or you can get food in the resort too. Prices were average. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were equally as fantastic. The water park staff were a mixed bag. Some life guards were very attentive and enforced the safety rules but their shifts aren't very long and once they change out, another life guard could be totally indifferent and barely pay attention. I saw this happen all 3 days we stayed there. The worst thing I saw was a life guard completely neglect his duty by playing with his plastic glove filled with water instead of watch the catch pool. Another crazy thing was a another kid who was bigger than my 3 yr old, go up to him and grab and shake him. The life guard didn't say anything, despite this happening in front of her. This kid went on to do other dangerous things but I would have hoped the life guard could at least blow her whistle. Others certainly did so when it happened on their watch. Also, the women's showers and bathroom faucets at the water park didn't have any soap in the dispensers. I checked all the stalls. The showers were really gunky and stained at the bottom of the walls and the curtains too. The scanner at the parking lot toll booth was very difficult to use. Everyone had to park, get out of their cars and scan it. Parking was $15/day. Check in was officially at 4pm but we showed up at 12pm and our room was ready. Check out was at a good time, at 11am as well. Late check out was 2pm and cost $69.99 extra. Several weeks after our trip, we discovered that our credit card was charged extra at a dunkin donuts in the hotel. We never used our credit card other than to book the room so it was a fraudulent charge. Also, I tried to contact customer service thru the website's chat function but the service member, Neah was very rude and ended the chat abruptly, even before I finished chatting. Very terrible service.

The resort itself is awesome. We stayed at the SF/Manteca great wolf lodge. The kids have a blast regardless. I did have some issues with our room and all I can say is if you have any issues with your room, please ask to speak to Tiffany Gray. I believe she is the housekeeping management and she is just awesome. When I voiced my concerns, she was right there with a pen and paper writing everything down. I truly believe my issues were heard, and a solution was started. Thank you, Tiffany for making it right. We cannot wait to come back Strictly because of how you handled everything and how fast. Thanks again!

Overall, it was a great experience at great wolf lodge. They did mess up our bill, but we're able to get it resolved. Rooms are very spacious and clean. All the facilities were super clean and they had people constantly cleaning everything. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and toppings for pancakes. Great value if you buy ahead. Otherwise, the barn wood restaurant on site is expensive but convenient. Overall we were very happy with our first great wolf lodge experience. Will definitely be returning.

We LOVE everything about the Great Wolf Lodge! We have stayed in the large suite, small suite with bunk beds, and the double beds. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are top-notch, and super friendly! Take your family here to enjoy the water park as well as the scheduled activities like yoga and a kids' dance party! I would appreciate a water refill station and some healthier options for dining, but that's my very small critic. Be sure to visit Great Wolf Lodge Water Park if you are looking for a getaway that caters to family fun!

This is my family’s second trip to Great Wolf Lodge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because our children did. It’s definitely better suited for older children who can participate in the activities. My children are smaller and can’t do the more advanced attractions but we really appreciate that they do include a toddler section in the water park and the build a bear shop. I do have to mention that the customer service here both times is just absolutely horrible. The employees are all so miserable. No smile, no hello, no eye contact. The lifeguards in the water park are especially miserable and the employees at Hungry as a wolf (pizza place) are the rudest people I’ve ever met. This goes for both times we visited the park, over a 1 year span. These employees must be seriously underpaid because we watched them be so rude to absolutely every person in line. They really need to clean house and hire more enthusiastic people who will actually represent their company better. People pay a lot of money to stay here and do not want to be treated poorly by their employees. The rooms are ok. There’s really nothing special about them, just a regular hotel room. I noticed other reviewers mentioning the food, we actually thought the food was really good and the breakfast food was a lot better than 5 star hotels we stayed at before. I would not recommend going on a weekend. It’s horrible and really takes the fun out of it. So busy you can’t even move without bumping into someone here, I think the daily parking for overnight guests is ridiculous. That should be reduced for overnight guests. With all that said, we really do like coming here but there is room for improvement. Do your research before booking and watch for the sales because it is not worth paying full price. Also my daughter experienced bites from bed bugs, definitely check your bedding.

Pros: Loved the rooms. Clean and soundproof. Nice decor. Check in was easy. We did online check-in. Liked how the pool wristband were also room keys. Check out also easy. You just leave. The mini bowling was fun. We liked Build-A-Bear. Evening story time was cute, and the kids enjoyed the game time after. Staff were friendly and courteous. ||Cons: Biggest con is the lack of ventilation in the indoor waterpark. The chloride was overpowering. It burned our eyes and stuffed up our noses. We stayed because we went there to play in the water. It's not in the best location to just go and hang. The indoor waterpark climate was very warm and humid and was actually much better outside on a hot August day. The Buckets walk-up eatery gets a 1. Had better food at a nursing home. The mini golf course had so much debris on the greens we had trouble putting. The mirror maze was filthy with broken props...we were the first ones in in the morning. The outdoors areas were a bit littered with trash. We grabbed Dunkin coffee and sandwich and sat outside for breakfast. Look as though they didn't clean from the day before, or perhaps for a while. Great Wolf can do much better. It's good concept but the premises needs more care and attention. ||I guess I'm used to a Disney experience where attention to detail and cleanliness are priority. I am pleased my grandkids had a fun time, although I don't think I'll be going back.
