Not the service you would expect from an expensive hotel. Locked out of my room because the door lock died and it took 30 minutes to finally get in my room after working all day. Day before I leave the hotel management has me change rooms to accommodate a large group "exotic swingers group" so they can have at the whole floor I was on. At least I stayed before that group had at the beds.

Pool is in need of a remodel, pool furniture is not very nice, and no available tables to put your stuff on, first day pool was clean next two days, in need of vacuuming. Hotel was under construction, nice information to know prior to arrival or booking. Breakfast was cold, and not very appetizing. Dinner in bar area was wonderful and so was the bar staff! Front desk check in she was not accommodating, day two front desk staff was awesome, he was helpful and informative! Staff in concierge area fabulous! Maid service outstanding! Would not return to this property. Definitely a business hotel not a vacation spot.

This was our first time here at this particular hotel and the Marriott chain did not disappoint, service was extraordinary. They were fantastic in helping out a community also that was in need during Hurricane Helene, we live in St Petersburg and it devastated the areas near our beaches on both sides of Tampa Bay! We were able to stay here for a few nights and relax comfortably as we and thousands of others in our area had no power for at least three to four days. The front desk staff and housekeepers all deserve a big shot out, we really appreciate all of your hard work and effort in taking care of everyone, also a special word of recognition to Jared one of the maintenance techs here. Thank you so much for taking care of us from start to finish through this whole process, it made us feel really special!! The rooms were extraordinarily clean and also there is a bar downstairs along with conference rooms and a large lounge area to relax after a long day if you don't want to go immediately to your room. This is definitely some place I will return to in better times just to break up the monotony of the day to day grind!

Very satisfied with our stay, Tonya went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The room was a decent size for us and very clean. The other staff members that I had any type of interaction with were helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. We have stayed in many places, but this was by far one of the best stays.

Very nice place. The only issue is that the modern design elements needed more testing before implementation. The light switches are hidden. The sink drain lever is hidden. The button to turn on the hand-held shower is hidden. No need for all of that.

Very nice hotel. The front desk people were courteous and polite. The shuttle service was an added bonus. The shuttle will even pick you up from a restaurant. The pool was decent size and had a clean pool area. The pool area could use some umbrellas. Rooms were clean and had modern updates. I do have to stay that the front desk lady that checked us on was so polite and noticed that we was tried. She let us check in early and also the shuttle driver was right on time and friendly. Paula and I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in St. Petersburg Florida.
