I’ve been training at F45 Darlinghurst for 9 years and am proud to be a legacy member. The community vibe here is fantastic, and it truly feels like a second home. The trainers are incredible – always supportive, knowledgeable, and driven to help you achieve your fitness goals. The results speak for themselves!

Love this place!:) I'm a traveler from Korea, so I bought one week trial and came every day time. (I started my trip by exercising and that's how I get the energy to travel!)
The coaching in the class is very detailed and professional.
Above all, the reason why I love this place is because people here are so kind to the stranger like me. John and Alex helped me a lot to get used to this studio. Dave recommended me some good traveling spots and gave me a F45 T-shirt as a souvenir. Deeply touched?

F45 Darlinghurst is hands down, one of the best F45 Studios in Australia. Dave + the trainers are so supportive and motivational and the variety of workouts has kept me engaged for over 6 years now. Each session is a great mix of strength and cardio, perfect for all fitness levels. The community that this gym has created is incredible; so welcoming and supportive.

Myself and my partner, Richard, have been going to F45 for over two months having moved from Ireland in July. Dave has been more than welcoming and accommodating as have the other coaches (John, Alex, Ellie, Lauren). A really welcoming environment, we already see the changes in our fitness levels and body composition and look forward to training at F45 each day. Highly recommend!

Great energy from Dave and all the trainers, as well as everyone at the studio. Makes the early morning sessions much easier to commit to. Dave also pushes me to up weights and goals, and always keeps an eye out on my form which I appreciate. Thanks!!

Did a session this morning at F45 Darlinghurst - traveling from interstate for an overnight work trip. Absolutely loved it. Great vibe, instantly felt welcomed - will definitely be back.
