Oooooh snap! Never been to a cleaner before but I now have a job that required some pants I needed hemmed. This place is great. Friendly service and great work. Also, they worked with me and completed my order by when I needed it.

I took my shirt for a simple alteration. The lady at the front had to make a call to explain what i needed to someone else. My collar was stretched. She declined to help me. Dont bother bringing in any alterations.

Horrible!! Don”t speak or understand English My spouse took his tuxedo in to get altered, specifically asked to hem same as to another pair of pants, they failed to do so. So we asked them to correct after paying $135 dollars and if there was going to be any other charges he said no. we pick up and $55
Dollars … again we were told no as they don’t understand English. Not to mention the man behind counter is so unfriendly. Worst customer customer service ever and they don’t care.

So this place came highly recommended but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service. And to be honest, very angry.
I used their service for my wedding suit and new shirt & tie. I went to buy a new shirt and tie for a wedding I had this past weekend. I took my suit with me to the store to make sure everything matched. After buying the shirt and tie I took all items DIRECTLY to this business to get it all cleaned and ironed. I dropped the 2 piece suit, new shirt and tie with them. The ticket showed all items clearly. I picked it up 2 days after(hence my 2 star review because it was a fast service. Otherwise this would be a negative star review) and when I got home my tie was nowhere to be found. I went back to the store and told the employee about my missing item. He said that I never left the tie with them. I obviously did. It was nowhere in my car, i came straight from the store to the dry cleaners AND they marked it on the ticket. The employee told me he would look for it and give me a call but re-iterated that I never left it with them. He gave me a call and told me it wasn't there. That he also checked the security camera and he didn't see a tie and I was welcomed to come look at it. So I did. It was obviously not seen in the camera's sight due to the angle and it being the same color as the shirt. BUT i am sure that i left it there because it was nowhere in my car AND they marked it on my ticket when i brought all 4 items to the store.
This is infuriating because I had to go back to the store and buy a new tie to match my shirt and outfit. But even angrier that he didn't offer a free service to apologize for their mistake of misplacing my tie, nor taking fault when it was clearly a miss on their part when one of their employees marked a received item but they didn't give it back.
I am writing this extensive review/story with the hopes they see it and change their hands off approach when dealing with their own customers. I don't think its too much to ask to pick up the items you left off at a dry cleaners and HAVE proof in the ticket that you left said items with them.

They are AWESOME. Very affordable and they do a great job. Someone below was talking about their suit bubbling and that is more the result of an inexpensive suit that has been cleaned too much, not the dry cleaner.

I had a fabric loop in my pants that they fixed for free, they repaired buttons that I broke. All around great service. Very affordable as well!

I've been in the North Side all my life and I'm approaching 50 here in a few years. This little dry cleaner has been here since as long as I can remember being alive. I never had to use such a place for alterations as I had a grandmother who was talented at everything but since she passed away in 07 this is the place I come for my alterations. I've had about 5 or 6 alterations done here and I have never once had a problem with the quality. In fact I still wear several pairs of pants that were shortened by this place. Price is good and it only takes bout 4 days to get your things back.

By the way there is a HUGE old jade plant in the window there, I was talking to the very elderly gentleman working there that day about it after I inquired about how humongous it was and he told me it's been there in that window since 1980 or 1981 if I understood correctly. That is only 4 or 5 years younger than me! He then picked up a terracotta pot and plucked a small jade plant that was growing on the side and dropped the plant inside and gave them to me! I still have that plant, it is about 8 inches tall now. I had tried growing jade before and I was never successful until now but I read later when someone gives you jade it is very good fortune - I appreciated that gesture so much! A couple days ago I returned to have a neck gaiter hemmed and that giant jade plant in the window is full of blossoms, I never even knew jade flowered haha!

I will always come here for my alterations as long as I am still living in the NS.

I had a handful of button up shirts dry cleaned here and they did an incredible job. Fast turnaround and I was very happy with the results. Great local dry cleaner for your dry cleaning needs.
