Our first date trip here was on busy weekend. Very pleasant, clean amenities, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check in process was very thorough, and the guided tour for first timers was quite nice. Tiffany was a great tour guide.

Second time was just as nice. If your someone who isn't a fan of cold pools, need not worry all the pools where very comfortable and warm. Had a little issue with billing at the end but Stephanie helped rectify the situation.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Glen Eden, and could not be more delighted. Staff was universally congenial and helpful. We were astonished by how EVERY single resident or member we met was friendly and welcoming. The property and facilities are extremely well kept up - not just by staff but also by residents - who seem to universally have great pride and love for this little enclave. There are zillions of activities and programs available throughout the week.
We just booked a return visit for later this month…. Staying in our travel trailer in one of their deluxe RV sites. I’m overwhelmed by how well this place is managed and maintained.
A real gem of a place !

We're back at GE for a week this time! Participating in group actives such as art classes, Bunco (I even won some cash!), water aerobics, disc golf and hanging out at the dog park with the other dog parents have been a great way to meet new people and enjoy our stays even more! I've learned a lot since first coming here years ago like how to use the laundry facilities and how much easier showering is at one of the shower facilities rather than the rental unit and never to miss fried chicken or pizza night. I've recently been thoroughly inspired to teach an art class here and will be doing that during our next visit in September! There's a real magic happening here that I can only explain as being like "Camp for Adults". With so many activities happening, it's almost like being a kid again and I'm starting to see how the friendships I have outside of here aren't the same as the friendships I've made inside of here...they're better!

Been a nudist since birth... just forgot I was. Then I was saved by Jesus. So, had tremendous family trauma prior to becoming a member here. The shame and guilt were very ingrained.

This place helped me heal and accept myself 100. The rays of the sun against my skin kept me alive during the Corona era and during my healing. I ground in the labyrinth while bathing in the sun... God's glorious sun.
And I soak under a full moon. It is priceless.

Some wrote complaints about how can this place exist, etc... but remember, we we're born innocent, naked and take nothing when we die. European, African, Asian, SouthAmerican continents all have nude beaches attended by intact families and they are just fine. Only in this Christian nation is the human body.... de-humanized. The irony.

It is a family environment and the members uphold those values. The occasional perv slips through the crack but the phones are everywhere and management is on top of escorting any disrespectful annoying heathens out.

This place is a hidden treasure...Eden, like in the Bible. It is a safe place.

I gave a 4 star because the pool water could be cleaner. Lately it's been stinky.

The guests were really friendly and informational about the resort upon my second visit. The vicinities were pretty good too! Love the pools.

Children should not be allowed here. That is absolutely horrible and something they have no control over saying they don’t want to see other naked adults? This makes me sick to my stomach. I don’t care about anyone over 18 choosing to attend, but children of ANY age? This is so awful and I am going to try and figure out a way to get this place reported and have changes made.

Children should not be allowed here. Horrible! Even if parents are responsible for their children. Family or not children should not be exposed naked in front of other adults. Who the hell let's that happen? Its insane how this place is allowed to let that happen!

Please consider that most negative reviews are coming from people with prejudice against the nudist community and have never been to a family-friendly location like Glen Eden.

With that said...

The staff was awesome here, and the place has A LOT of activities to choose from! The place is community-run by the members (unlike most other resorts which are ran like businesses) and their genuine dedication to their community shows when you visit this place.

And yes, children are safe here. They're much safer here than they are at your local church or the grocery store. The community has a ZERO tolerance policy for creeps.
