Our, now teen, has been attending Tiger Rock Lone Tree for 6 years. This academy teaches so much more than martial arts.
The team (lead by the amazing Johnson family) builds confidence, teaches resilience, grit and patience. They model and instill values that not only apply on the mat, but in every day life. The entire team of students supports and encourages each other, while at the same time, challenging each other to rise to the next level - physically and mentally. Added bonus, the entire academy is squeaky clean.

Our 11 year old daughter has been coming to Tiger Rock Lone Tree for a little over a year now. The Johnsons and the rest of the Tiger Rock family are what make Tiger Rock so special. They are so inclusive, positive, and motivating. I highly recommend Tiger Rock to everyone

Tiger-Rock has been a great experience for my son. He started there over 11 years ago. I give some credit to Tiger-Rock for helping him to become the strong and confident young man he is today. Classes for all age groups. Good location and a clean place to train. This academy is run by good people. If you want to try martial arts or train at a different academy, you should really check out Tiger-Rock in Lone Tree!

Amazing staff led by Mr. Johnson. They work so great with my son and have incredible patience. My 5 year old son is learning discipline, listening skills, how to focus, on top of learning martial arts. Thank you so much to the entire team at Tiger Rock Lone Tree.

My boys have been attending Tiger Rock since May of this year and they absolutely love it! I have been so pleased with the classes and instructors, who are enthusiastic and incredibly dedicated! My boys are excited to go to class every time and we love that they are learning discipline, respect and self-confidence. They are getting a workout both for their bodies and minds! I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in marital arts, whether adults or children. Mr. Asay has created an amazing community and works really hard to continue to grow the studio and to help each student improve their practice. This place rocks!

As a parent, the most amazing part about Tiger Rock is the difference it has made in my son's life. The instructors have helped him to learn focus and confidence, and the pay-off from this is undeniable. I was unsure, before coming to Tiger Rock, whether martial arts would be good for him. I can now say that bringing him here has been one of the best decisions I could have made for him. I am grateful to Mr. Johnson, Mr. Asay, and Mr. Downing for everything they've done for him!

My daughter has been attending Tiger Rock of Lone Tree for a year now. She started out as a cub and has just graduated to the junior class. She love Mr Asay and the way he teaches the class. Mr Asay is very professional and know his martial art. He has a very special way of teaching the classes and he connects with the kids. You can see enthusiasm in which every child comes to class with. They are always ready and eager to learn from the "Best"!

Tiger Rock is such an amazing place! A community full of leaders is being created here! Both my son and daughter go here and love Mr. Asay. My daughter has developed such courage and strength. My son continues to demonstrate advancement and leadership. We are so lucky Mr. Asay chose Lone Tree as home for this awesome martial arts facility. He is so great with the kids and instills responsibility and accountability in his students.
