I absolutely love this place! Starting a martial art at 37 was kind of intimidating, however, I am so happy I did. The instructors have been so nice and welcoming. Also, all the other students Are very kind and I feel right at home. I would recommend this place for anyone. It doesn’t matter your skill, level age, weight, physical fitness level, this place works for everyone! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Where to even begin. This place is marvelous.

If I had the schedule to allow it, I would be present every day for training. I’ve been doing this for a few years now (took a couple years off in between) but couldn’t resist coming back.

The staff -

They are human, personable, and incredible instructors. But damned if I would want to meet one of them on the street. They really know their stuff. I consider many here to be my friends.

The classes -

Always a good time, a great workout and I learn something every round whether it’s beginner or expert classes. I wish I could attend more than I do (and I average 3x per week).

The community -

Lovely people who will not bully or harass you if you aren’t “hardcore”, but plenty of people willing to go a little harder in sparring too. Everyone is friendly, non judgmental and willing to work.

The facilities -

A great place to be. Feels inviting and very clean, with plenty of equipment in good shape.

All in all, I would give up many things before my membership here. I feel so much more confident and safer in the world because of the training I’ve gotten here. You guys rock!

I am having the time of my life in these classes and enjoying the changes happening to my body and mind in the process. I started these classes and couldn’t do a single push up. Within a month, I can do five perfect pushups, and can do so much more! I am more confident in myself and the people that run the classes are amazing! They check up on me and encourage me. They take time to show me how to do the moves correctly. I have never felt more safe and confident than I am here!

About 9 years ago a boss invited me to this gym and I rolled my eyes and said yah right. Here we are today a little older and wiser and its the thing I didn't know I needed. We all get there in our own time. After taking a seminar with one of the owners and managers I was hooked. Punny I know.

The team is friendly, its challenging without being intimidating, the people in it with you are friendly. There are multiple locations to make it to. Whether looking for self defense, exercise, or a mindfulness practice its at least worth the try.

COKM is THE BEST place to learn how to defend yourself, your loved ones, and make the world a safer place in general. After nearly three years of training, I have changed and improved my body and my mind and continue to grow with each and every class and seminar. I can't wait to see where I am in another three years.
