Worst company ever. Dont hire them for your building maintenance and cleaning. They are not going by the contract made. Never clean the stairs they should clean once a week. The windows that should be cleaned twice a year are not touched in 2 years. The garbage on the picture bellow stays there for a month, they are just adding more and never throw it in the bin. The second picture is what are they doing on the floor when taking out garbage...and this also stays for months.Not sure if this is happening only here in Skopje and is the management in Turkey aware for this...

Today the SE CLUB in Skopje (management company for the Gevahir Sky City towers in Skopje) turned off the heating and cooling system and the use of the elevator cards for the inhabitants. Gevahir Sky City tower B has 40 flats. It is not clear what role has Gevahir Sky City in it besides the management company. Old people and very young children are climbing 25 floors on foot. The water is also turned off, there is no water in the flats. This is very inhumane situation imposed on the inhabitants (around 1000) and it is very manipulative to play with it. The company should find solution and propose way out if there is a problem and not to play with the lives of us all.

SE CLUB Facility Management is responsible for the general management of the GEVAHIR SKY CITY towers in Skopje and they are doing terrible and quite unprofessional job. Their employees are not responsive on phone nor email to the questions sent by the residents. There is nobody with professional capacity to give answers to the various problems that are connected with the management of the GEVAHIR towers form the SE CLUB. In addition, we are witnessing a decrease in the quality of services constantly and people are disappointed.
It is devastating to see the beautiful GEVAHIR SKY CITY towers to be ruined down by such unprofessional company.

There is no zero, so I must leave 1 star. They are thiefs, every denar that we paid for the services that were not provided, they put it in their pocket, leaving us with depts. They did not paid any of the company that they were hiring for cleaning, security and many more. All this time while they were managing the Cevahir Sky City, they have not checked or fixed any of the elevators, water or heating system. We were left with only one elevator per building because the other 5 were not in function - SE CLUB did not contact anyone for fixing the problem because they did not have payed previous bills. They did not pay the electricity bill, that is why we were left without elevators, heating and water.
I can see that they damand every news that were including turning off the elavators and electicity, but again that is one more lie, every tenant will confirm that at that time were walking up to stars just to get home. Disaster of company, not recomended at all.

Worst management company ever. They leading us towards ruining everything that we have in Cevahir sky city in Skopje, Macedonia.
They are not transparent with us, arrogant and unprofessional.
If this is not true than there are the articles from the journalists around Macedonia who are telling the truth of the inferno that this amateurs did.

And also DO NOT report or delete the honest reviews from my neighbours. You are afraid to be revealed as incompetent ? No one should hire you. NO ONE

Se club yonetim sirketini ve basta Levent bey olmak uzere tum teknik ve idari ekibi Uskup’de bulunan Cevahir Skycity residans’ da otururken tanidim. Son derece kurumsal ve iyi niyetle musteri memnuniyeti odakli calisiyorlar. Yabanci bir ulkede bizlere yabancilik cektirmiyorlar ve her konuda yardimci oluyorlar. Kendi kontrolleri disinda olusan sorunlarda bile saygili, sakin ve acik bir yaklasim anlayisinda calisiyorlar. Yapisal Teknik sorunlarin oldugu ve farkli ulkelerden degisik kulturde insanlarin yasadigi bu kucuk kasaba buyuklugundeki residansta gosterdikleri dengeli ve basarili yonetim icin kendilerine cok tsk ediyorum.

Worst company ever. Especially their daughter company in Skopje.
They cut off elevators, heating and water for 2 buildings with 40 stories each, because they didn't manage the payments.
Let me be clear, without any warning and because tenants are not satisfied with their services they cut the water supply to over 600 apartments !!!
I pay my monthly service, why I should not have heating, elevators and water supply.
This is intimidation tactic!!!

Makedonya'da Cevahir Sky City' de oturan bir site sakini olarak SE Club Yönetim ekibine çok çok teşekkürler. Temizlik , Güvenlik , Tamir Bakım servisleri ile ilgili olarak neye ihtiyacımız olsa hemen yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir ekip var burada . Makedonyada yaşayan bir yabancı olarak kendi ülkemizin insanlarının yaptığı bir sitede oturmak ve yine sizler gibi Türkiye kökenli bir firmadan hizmet alıyor olmak çok değerli ve güzel bir ayrıcalık...

Unfortunately, total unprofessionalism on the part of the employees in Skopje, engaged in the maintenance of the Jevahir towers - Sky City, which of course creates a negative image in the public! Arrogant and unavailable to customers, completely unprofessional to perform their duties!
