hotel propre et bien entretenu. la chambre 2 queen est tres grande avec un coin salon et kitchenette. l hôtel est calme. les lits sont très bons. le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien. le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique. une bonne étape à notre arrivée à fort lauderdale.

Une chambre spacieuse avec lit king size+une petite kitchenette très bien équipée. Bref une vraie suite. Petit déjeuner buffet varié mais qualité plutôt moyenne. Une très bonne localisation entre Miami et Fort Lauderdale près d'un échangeur mais sans nuisances. Peut servir comme base de départ pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits en raison de sa situation et de son accessibilité.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Pembroke Pine and had an outstanding experience, thanks to their incredible staff and top-notch service. After accidentally booking a hotel at the wrong address, I was in a bit of a panic. However, the team at this hotel went above and beyond to assist me and make my stay as comfortable as possible.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely understanding of my situation. They quickly found me a beautiful room and even helped coordinate with the other hotel to resolve my booking error. Their efficiency and kindness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and pleasant experience.

The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and was always available to assist with any inquiries.

What truly stood out was the genuine care and attention to detail displayed by every staff member I encountered. They ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I've stayed at the this hotel annually for the past few years when visiting my father. I keep coming back due to its cleanliness and very friendly and attentive staff. Most recently, I had three stays over the past month, due to a difficult family situation. Danielle and Rachel were so compassionate and accommodating.
Besides the great staff , the location worked for me. Its not far from a large shopping center as well as a very nice area an exit away on I-75, with nice shops and many good restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding! I stay at a lot of Hotels and IMHO Holiday Inn Express is the best overall. What can I say The rooms are practically, identical to the Hil#@, or Mari&@ except the price for the room, the internet, parking, breakfast.
Staff has always been friendly but at this particular Hotel when I checked in there was an extremely helpful, friendly, patient young man named Victor. He spent a non-hurried 15-20 minutes with me ensuring that everything would be just perfect. I had no reservation, travelling for the Government, training is in Miami $142/night allowance only vs. the $158 in the Pembroke pines area. So yeah lots of scenarios which was made more difficult by what appears to be some new IHG room surge pricing model where the room cost was different each day. So we had to push in the dates and then see what the rates would be and make sure that none of the days exceeded $142. It was crazy but he seemed genuinely interested in helping me and never looked annoyed at all. Thank you Victor!, take it from someone who has traveled the world and stayed in 1000's of hotels and dealt with a gaggle of front desk staff, most friendly others not so much, your attitude and genuine interest in helping me means a lot more than you can know. Many corporations have lost the secret on how to garner brand loyalty. It's not points, or other free stuff ( that helps of course) but having a lot of staff like Victor is the surest easiest way. With that in mind a shout out to Maria as well. The Breakfast show the entire week has been flawless. While I was there nothing ever ran out, and the food was hot and tasty.
Great job! you all must have a Great Manager! and if that Manager happens to the lady that came through the. Breakfast area, asking everyone how they were doing, picking up trash and empty plates etc. I can see why the staff at this Pembroke Pines HIE seem to be above normal expectations, they have a great role model.
