We’ve had an amazing experience with Accrete! Mr. Mike is a highly skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in each student’s growth. The classes strike a perfect balance between discipline and fun, keeping students engaged while instilling confidence, respect, and focus.

I’ve seen incredible progress not just in physical fitness, but also in character development. My child always leaves class with a sense of accomplishment and excitement for the next session.

This is a great place for kids to build their confidence and skill set in martial arts. My daughter has been training with Mike and his team for over 4 years; everyone is professional and they cater to students of all levels. They emphasize discipline, respect, and confidence. The facility is clean and well maintained.

There is a strong sense of community and the atmosphere is supportive and everyone encourages each other to improve.

I've trained under Mike and Jess since I was 8 years old and I am 22 now. I have never met a martial arts instructor as good as teaching as them. They've done so much to improve my skills and my confidence over the years. They truly care about their students, and I am very glad to have trained under them for as long as I have. As a child, they taught me to enjoy being active and how to be disciplined and achieve personal goals. As a teenager, they provided a much needed outlet and taught me important self defense techniques. And as an adult I now have a whole community of martial artists I'm a part of and can learn from.

This place is great for all ages. Their head instructor- Mike Dorothy- is a fantastic teacher. He's gentle, while also knowing how to encourage people to push themselves. He seems to really care that people learn how to defend themselves, and it seems even more important to him that his students learn confidence and discipline. Classes here strike a fine balance between dialectic learning, intense exercise, and good old fun. Real community feeling at this place. Couldn't recommend it more.

P.S- If you have kids with a lot of energy, take them here. They *might* actually be tired when they get home.

Mr. Mike has been a great leader, inspirational instructor and friend to our entire family for over 16 years! Our son initially began lessons with Mike at the age of 4 in 2008. He taught Riley more than just the defense mechanics of karate. He helped to instill discipline, confidence and a thrill to his journey not only as a student but also in his personal growth. My husband soon joined classes and a couple of years later our daughter started classes and joined this new ‘family’ we had become with Mike and his new bride Jess! After years of shuttling the kids back and forth, I decided to take private lessons from Mike and enjoyed a special self care routine for myself. We are grateful for the life lessons the Dorothy’s were able to share with us all!
