My children have been going to CDK for Tae Kwon Do since they have been in kindergarten and have enjoyed every bit of it.  They have and are enrolled in their After School program, Summer Camp program, Winter Camp program, and most recently their Parkour program.  Each and every program this family owned and operated company has is amazing and truly emphasize a family learning environment.  All of the coaches and staff are amazing.  Their programs instill confidence, respect, and agility, all while having fun.  My children have grown so much personally and mentally that I truly appreciate everything CDK has done.  I HIGHLY recommend CDK Tae Kwon Do, CDK Dance, and CDK Parkour to anyone who asks.

You are seeing so many 5 star reviews because CDK is the real deal ? The teacher maintains high expectations for his students while still making classes fun and enjoyable.

At first we were concerned with the sometimes large class sizes and our son was a little lost at his first couple of classes but the teacher quickly became familiar with our son and provides individualized feedback on a regular basis. His ability to get to know all of the students by name and be aware of their abilities is impressive. The assistant teachers are attentive and the club managers are kind and helpful. There are chances to test and advance in belt rank 4 times a year and it seems most students are able to achieve progress.

We really like the flexibility to attend classes on whatever days suit our schedule on any given week. My only complaint is the traffic on Culebra trying to get to class but we've made it work and we've never gotten any negative comments if we've shown up a few minutes late due to worse traffic.

When we first researched martial arts studios we read negative reviews of other places that required contracts and were difficult to get out of. CDK is honest and upfront. You pay month to month and can leave at any time. It is an honest, family friendly dojang and our son loves being a part of it.

I like the emphasis on practice and the class attendance flexibility. Our daughter really enjoys learning and using her skills. I particularly like it when she has to show others her skills. That is a leadership skill that will help her in other ways...nice.
