I would avoid buying tables here, got a bottle for $544 1 patron 1 750ml juice. Our “Server” which she never introduced herself, didn’t even come back to check if we were okay after dropping off the bottle or to see if we wanted to purchase more. Dj was great but over all place was so packed when we got there no room to walk to the bar had to say excuse every step I took. The guys up at the front were helpful but I don’t think I’ll come back for a table after this experience, I’ll do GA instead. Also didn’t like that I had to wait for this Asian/filipino lady to finish her text message to respond to me for water WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE!!! It was 3:43AM “I only have liquor” She told. I ask for tap at least; she said “nope” and nodded and shrugged her shoulders. So I had to use the left over ice that was left cooling our bottle to hydrated over 5 people.

We came here for a hunkorama show, and had a lot of fun! The bartender was super nice and had great suggestions on different places to go to in Miami.

I will say the space itself doesn't feel that clean... And when I went into the bathroom there was an attendant in there talking on the phone and smoking a cigarette which made me a little uncomfortable personally.

Janaya was the best server at exchange. She Is the littest and best worker in the club. I’ll only be coming back for Janaya! she’s so nice and such a hard worker. She made my time the best time. she turned us up and had us dancing the whole time. Also a plus is she super fine. Definitely when you come to exchange book with Janaya!

I wish I could have less than a star. I came here with my girl friends and we were all having a great time but one bouncer came up to me and blamed me for something I hadn’t even the slightest idea about. I had asked them to pull up the cameras to show me and they refused. Clearly an extremely unprofessional place not good enough for south beach. The bartenders were wonderful and attentive though!

They overcharged me, idk is it because i am asian or not, but this too much. $25 for one shot of Jameson? Are u kidding?
They charged $60 for the cover fee. And the atmosphere was just too boring.
The restroom had no toilet The guy told me it’s closed? Wth?

First off we got a free voucher ticket saying that we arrived before 1130. It was free entry we got there a little bit before 11 waited for 45 minutes then once they try to let us in they tried to charge everybody $20 at the door we still have a good time because we just waited for a while so me and my friends paid & still went inside. The club is very very boring and they tried to charge me $64 for two shots. I refuse the shots because the prices were way too much for me, but the bartender still charged my card when I asked for a refund he told me to go get manager. I went to go to go get manager and named Robert Yassa he told me he cannot find my transaction even though I showed him my bank statements, gave me his card and told me to come back for a refund or something of that sorts. I was only visiting Miami for a couple days so I cannot return. I called and called even sent an email. Still got no response when I finally did get a response from another manager at exchange saying that they will email Robert for me. I have still not seeing no refund to my card. These people are literally Thieves.

Definitely a spot that allows under age kids to come in and drink knowing that it is irresponsible for a club to allow this. May 18, 2024 at 3am I get a call from my son’s friend while they were out after prom (a bunch of 18 year olds) that my son could not drive home because he had too much to drink. How does a club that says you can’t enter under 21 allow 18 year olds in there club and serve them drinks.

Exchange should be shut down. This will be reported. I had to drive and go get my 18 year old son who was wasted on the sidewalk because he was too impaired to drive home from what should have been a fun prom after party experience night.
