Action karate is such a beautiful place! The instructors and staff are nothing short of amazing! The lessons and morals that are taught to my children align with what I teach them at home, & I couldn’t ask for anything more. So many things have changed since the pandemic, but action karate has been constant. ❤️❤️❤️

Action Karate Mount Airy has been a phenomenal place for my son and I! Sensai Tim is an amazing leader. I leave learning so much after every class! He’s so patient with the kids and creates an environment where you want to be better. Sensai Jaiden and Sensai Dom have been so influential for Mateo and help him stay focused while holding him accountable. Every sensai and staff member gives Mateo the attention that he needs which allows me to be fully present when in my class. Not to mention it’s so much fun and creates a bonding experience with you and your child! I love doing karate with my son! Joining this Karate family is one of the best decisions I have ever made! You should come! I guarantee you won’t regret it! ?

We came to Action Karate by way of their after school programs at my children’s school. The family friendly environment and consistent reinforcement of character and discipline have been wonderful. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. They provide opportunities for continued growth and they always celebrate the accomplishments of the students whether tots or adults. Not only has my son committed to the black belt process, my husband has as well! It is a wonderful community to be a part of.

I have enrolled my grandson, who is eight years old in Action Karate Mount Airy. I have watched him progress in his pursuit of a black belt. He enjoys the karate classes, but more importantly to me, I’ve noticed growth and maturity in him that I believe is a direct result of his karate training. Sensei Tim and his team of instructors worked tirelessly to teach the students responsibility, respect and perseverance.

Action karate mount airy is the best run kids program/activity we’ve done. Curriculum, classes, and positive experiences for the kids. They cater to your kids individual needs and I have never seen another activity help kids with special needs be a part of the group more. Highly recommend

My daughter has been going to the Mt. AIRY location for about 6 months now and all I can say is they Rock! All of the Sensai's are so polite, kind and respectful. My daughter is learning and improving those qualities and I can see the changes in her. They know what they are doing there and we will continue to honor the commitment of becoming a Black Belt martial artist!

Action Karate is a great place for kids (and adults) to come train in a positive environment. I was looking for an activity for my youngest son and am glad I found Action Karate. He was nervous at first but after his introductory lesson, he was hooked. My son is now excited to go to as many classes as he can. The facilities are clean, spacious and it’s located just off Germantown Ave which makes getting there easy. The staff are kind and patient with the students, my son is in the under 7 age group and I know how difficult it can be to get them to focus at that age. The schedule during the week is pretty flexible. Overall, me and my son are totally happy with Action Karate and it’s community.
