I really liked my stay at the guesthouse. The staff was courteous and dependable. The rooms have a nice aesthetic. The food is prepared with affection that fills one with nostalgia. Although a little dearer but the taste is good. The hotel's interior is absolutely lovely. Hygiene is maintained. It's a serene location to stay. One may travel by oneself, with friends, family, or with kids. Public transport is easily accessible.

Stayed in this place with my family, the amenities were good tec enabled with great ambience and friendly staff. It was a good experience kids enjoyed the train and chess in the lobby while they wait and we clicked a lot of pictures.. The key was tricky needed manual help at times.. Could have been more spacious for the price.. Overall it was a good experience..

From a biker's prospect-

Such a pleasant stay. Quality is top notch, especially the mattresses and complementaries. The staff was super cooperative, the owner is fun to talk.

Highly recommended, especially you're a biker and worried about the luggages and accessories in your bike.

Don't let the entrance of the guest house detract you of the place. Kakaku guest house at Adilabad takes you by surprise the moment you open the gate. With sensor lighting, to aesthetically placed common area, pantry are a treat. It is beautifully lit. The rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities. The service is warm and courteous.
There is no special parking, so park on your risk but the staff will help you find a spot, the entrance service road is busy.

I have stayed for one night. It was great stay there. Staff and owner is very superb and amazing person. The accommodation is so much sustainable and environment friendly.

Absolutely delighted to discover this quaint little abode located perfectly between Blore and Nagpur. For travel enthusiasts like us, we were very happy to have found this place. The host and the care takers are very good. It is highly recommended for all who want a good stay option in Adilabad.
Neat rooms and overall everything that is perfectly set up. All modern amenities and very thoughtfully and tastefully done. We are definitely going back again.

Didn't expect such a beautiful guest house in the small town of Adilabad! Rooms are great, neat and tidy, decorated. The location is bit odd having narrow lanes with no parking, and a alcohol shop located nearby. There is one person in the reception, who received cordially, but there is no watchman. There are 5 rooms, each with different capacity. There is also a hall, and Verandah, separate self serving kitchen with dining hall.

I am genuinely impressed by the personal touch that's evident in the property.be it the decor or the food, everything has a personal touch of the owner mr. Sushant. I later learnt that all our foods were prepared by him only.Will recommend to all and going to come back for more stays.
