I took a boxing class for the first time ever today. While I was unable to finish the class (I did not eat enough before the class and had low blood sugar), I loved the class!

Omar was a fantastic teacher. When I had to exit the class, he and the managers paused the class to make sure I was okay. The manager stayed with me until I felt better. So caring. They really took care of me. During the class, he not only knows his boxing business, but he helps you push yourself through support and encouragement. And it was so much fun, although the most physically challenged I have ever been.

Top to bottom, their customer service is excellent. They make you feel welcome. They greeted us by our first names, wrapped our hands and set us up with gloves and a locker. The managers even took the class with us, and one was right beside me, encouraging me and giving me pointers the whole time.

They always seem to have great packaged and deals for new customers. The class was fun, and kicked my butt, and was just amazing. My husband and I are already signed up for our next class.

Best place I've ever been to in my life! Starting off from the front desk staff which are always happy and just amazing and genuinely caring people!

The trainers are the best and most motivating professional trainers which make you feel like you're family! I've never been to a place to where I just want to go back every day.

Workout itself is high intensity and is just amazing, I'm already seeing huge results in energy, with my body and with my everyday mood. Boxunion is a huge stress relief. If you go inside full of stress or anger, you come out with tons of positivity and energy.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place is amazing and I'd give it a million star reviews if I could. Keep up the amazing work guys! Love y'all!!

Celina’s classes are consistently challenging, fun, and informative. It’s obvious she spends time creating playlists that fit perfectly to the movement and speed of the class. I never feel lost because she provides movement cues to help everyone stay on beat. Celina is welcoming and supportive to everyone!

I LOVED class. Demont is so fun and full of encouragement and enthusiasm. What a gem. I'm 50+ and recently lost almost 100 pounds. Am not exactly an athlete. But still felt welcome and loved it. Will definitely be back.

The best workout....EVER. All the coaches are phenomenal. They break down the routines. Each coach has their own style. I love Rico's classes but have taken all the coaches. Every single coach is fantastic.
I had never boxed before joining BU but felt comfortable with my first class. The staff is welcoming and so warm. Each class is either 45 minutes or an hour. Once it starts, time flies.
Love, love this workout. I would encourage everyone to try BU at least once. I have referred family and friends. Everyone who tried it became hooked.

Today was my first day at Box Union, I love the vibe!!! with great staff including Shanairah . She was so kind, friendly ,professional, and knowledgeable about my first session which included a tour.
It was a very fun class, Omar was an excellent instructor.
I definitely will be returning back !!!
