2 semaines pour un voyage professionnel. Cet hôtel est très bruyant on entend tout même les conversations a côté. Le pire c'est quand votre voisin au dessus tire la chasse, on dirait qu'une cascade vous tombe sur le toit. La climatisation est très bruyante aussi. Le ménage est très aléatoire parfois ils oublient des choses (café, shampooing..) et pas vraiment propre mes cheveux ont resté sur le sol tout le long du séjour. Pour quelques jours c'est pas mal mais prenez des bouchons d'oreilles.

This was such an amazing hotel! Very clean, neat, and the hotel staff went over and beyond to make sure we had the best stay ever! The GM Natasha and The AGM Novi has an amazing team! Darrian checked us in and her service was Superb! You can really tell that she enjoys what she does and she had great customer service skills!! I will definitely be booking this property each time we are in the area! Ten out of ten highly Recommended!

I was in town visiting and me and my family stayed here at the hotel and it was perfect the location is great near a lot of shopping and food places and things to do with the kids. The booking process was simple enough when we got to the hotel we were greeted by the staff and checked in with Natasha who I believe is the manager and let me just tell you she was very helpful and informative. My husband asked her about any sports bars that were near by that we could possible go to and she gave a few recommendations for that. The room was cleaner he house keeping service that was there were very friendly and nice especially with my kids and there messes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking again.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go (5-15 minute drive), rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby and pool area were nice and clean, parking was plentiful, area surrounding the property was quiet, and this may be the best sleep I’ve ever gotten in a hotel. The front staff was kind and very accommodating. I’ll definitely return when I’m visiting Grand Prairie in the future. Just a great stay/experience overall.

I stayed at the Courtyard and my experience was second to none! The rooms were clean, and I cannot rave enough about the staff here! Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs, and made sure that my stay was pleasant! I must shout out Natasha - she was professional and sweet, and always had a smile on her face ready to assist! This is my new place to stay in the Grand Prairie area!

Our stay was heavenly. The location was perfect. It's near great restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was very clean and neat. The room and bathroom were more than spacious and very clean as well. The manager, Natasha was a sweetheart. She was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was very accommodating. She made us feel like we were at home. Customer service was excellent all around. I highly recommend staying here if you're in town. I know I will be back.

Disheartening Experience at the Courtyard Grand Prairie

My stay at the Courtyard Grand Prairie was nothing short of horrible and far from the quality I’ve come to expect from the Marriott brand. From the moment I walked in, things were disappointing.

The hallway leading to my room was smoldering hot, making the trek to my room uncomfortable and unpleasant. Once inside, I quickly noticed that the toilet was running nonstop, which only added to the frustration.

What truly left me disheartened was my encounter with the morning manager. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled, something I wasn’t aware of because I never received a cancellation notice via email. When I brought this up to the manager, she casually mentioned that her laptop was broken and she couldn’t access her email. She also claimed that she called me but didn’t leave a message—something I find incredibly unprofessional. As a result, I was forced to pay a higher rate than what I originally booked.

The lack of care and professionalism was astounding. For a brand like Marriott, which is known for its commitment to guest satisfaction, this experience was a huge disappointment.

My stay at this hotel was pretty pleasant, the rooms were clean and the staff was rather nice. My only feedback would be that my room smelled of marijuana, my entire stay. Also the bar randomly closed early Friday night and did not open at all Saturday night during my stay. It seemed liked a pretty nice bar that I wanted to experience.
