I had my first visit with Jo a few days ago. I’m so glad I’ve found her. She’s so lovely and sweet and super strong. Just in one visit I am feeling so much better. I can’t wait for my next visit in two and a half weeks. It’s been so hard to find a competent massage therapist here on the island. Now that I’ve found her I hope she stays right where she is for a while.

We received a voucher as a Christmas gift, which expired on 22/6. I contacted the Wellness Centre to ask for it to be extended. It took several attempts but I finally spoke to the Receptionist some 3 weeks later. I was advised that the particular treatment purchased had been withdrawn in March but that customers, holding vouchers, had been offered alternative treatments to the same value and that she was sure our voucher would be honoured and we would he permitted to do the same. She called me back, somewhat embarrassed, and advised me that her manager was refusing to honour the voucher even though it had only recently expired. I wonder how the Centre thought it appropriate to sell vouches for a treatment they must have known they were planning to discontinue and how they can possibly think it is acceptable to take money and not honour the voucher. Six months is actually a very short term for a voucher, most are twelve months. Previously i have had vouchers expire but the business has always honoured them, I feel it is incredibly dishonourable of the Wellness Centre to not do the same and am quite shocked by the lack of professionalism I have experienced.
In response to the below, the first time I spoke to your office on this matter was 21 August when a male representative responded to a voicemail I had left on 17 August.

I have visited the centre several times and seen by Andrea who definitely knows what she is doing, my neck is now a lot less stiff than it was, Andrea is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me as well as giving me take home advice, I have two more sessions booked with Andrea and looking forward to the experience, I would highly recommend this chiropractic service.

Had an amazing experience in The Wellness Centre's floatation tank. Wow!! The sound of my breath became the sound of the sea as I drifted into deep mediation. Would definitely recommend!

Hadley has been looking after my back and what a great impact on my life.
After each session I feel like walking on clouds and I even breathe better.
He is skilled and knows exactly what to tackle each time.
The central location of the Wellness Center makes it ideal for me as there is plenty of parking nearby.

Fantastic staff who knows what they're talking about.
The service was fantastic and the float spa offered me the respite I needed.
The JT reward bundles are a very good deal so look out for those.

I meditate regularly & entered the pristine tank hoping to feel restful. Due to the release of body sensation within seconds, I found my experience within the Floatation Spa to very quickly heighten my awareness to a level usually found after much time & processing. This loss of physical awareness due to the peaceful floating, brought me to a precious time with solely the internal prism within me. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole session. It left me wanting more. An unexpected yet intriguing ‘out of my body’ session. I recommend those with any meditation techniques to try them in the Floatation Spa.

The general atmosphere at the Centre was great. All of the staff seemed to be very friendly and professional, which helps make you feel comfortable. As for the treatment itself, the room was nicely lit and very clean. The chiropractor listened carefully and treated me accordingly.
Very satisfied!
