I signed up over a year ago and so far I only have great feedback to share with everyone who's thought about joining. Tona and the staff are very respectful, accommodating, and always have great energy to make sure the members and guests are taken care of, providing a safe and reliable fleet. I consider myself a part of this great team in making sure our club boats are properly handled and used properly to continue making exceptional memories with family and friends. I appreciate each and every one in the carefree LA team. Thank you for making this possible.

I was going to buy a boat last summer and through that process decided to research other options...fortunately I came across Carefree...it was not even close to decide between buying and joining. I joined the boat club in the summer of 2018 and life has never been the same (in a great way). My family, friends and I absolutely love it! It does not pencil out whatsoever to buy your own boat. Carefree makes it very easy to go boating...just come to the dock, fire up and go! If you like maintenance, slip fees, down time, insurance payments, and a host of other sea-faring headaches...go buy a boat. If you want to enjoy boating without all the aforementioned...join Carefree! See you on the water!

Started back a few years ago with Carefree as one of the first members. It's been an absolutely incredible experience! We take out the boats with friends and family and each outing is more fun than the last. So many great memories out there on the water! The staff has always been fantastic. I had no experience driving a boat when we started - but with the training, I was up and running in no time. If you've ever even considered a boat, you should give Carefree a try.

My fiance and I joined this club as a great summer activity and have loved every single minute of it!

We were skeptical that we wouldn't have unlimited use, but it has been an absolute dream! I love not having to maintain the boats which is the biggest annoyance of owning a boat I've found. Can't recommend this enough for any residents on the westside looking for an affordable way to get on the water.

Great club, great group of staff, highly affordable, highly recommended. Carefree Boat Club is located in one of the most desirable places to visit in California, Marina Del Rey - an area filled with vast picturesque scenery and marine life. The owners and staff go above and beyond for their members, you won't regret the experience.

Wow. Anthony is why I didn't join as well. Beyond rude. After failing to sign me up on my initial visit to learn about Carefree, he sent me the first message about an option to take a transfer membership. I was very interested but needed to hold off as I needed to put cash into something else and, I as well, did not find even the new discounted deal to be attractive enough. Besides, as a salesperson his lame pressure sales moves had me cracking up. Additionally my work has me tied up for months at a time, so it's hard to focus on the fun stuff when you have deadlines and I do not want to make a significant purchase until I can actually use it. My latest follow up inquiry was met with the rudest response. I will never consider Carefree until he is no longer involved or compensated in anyway by Carefree. Bye bye - I'll spend my cash elsewhere.

Carefree Boat Club is the best decision you will ever make. Best crew down there- super friendly and the boats are always clean and ready to go. It's the best way to boat in LA!
