This place is a scam.I cancelled my membership a year ago but still getting charges on my card. I went in today to sign more papers and the trashy lady in accounting said I have to do it online. In addition to their unscrupulous business practices this place is a tired worn out dump. Beware these people are crooks.

Group of Teens for Camp Blast today Friday, July 19th, 2024 at James A Bible Park- approx 10:00 am with many children. The kids played unsupervised as the teen workers were gathered at a picnic table enjoying soft drinks and catching up with each other.
I was watching a group of seven boys at a woven circle swing. Three at a time and one was knocked out of the swing on purpose. Fell underneath the swing and hit his head. He had light colored mulch in his hair. He walked to the teens supposedly supervising them and told a young female teen. She completely ignored him. He left and went to stand alone by a tree. Green t-shirt and brown glasses. Maybe 6-7. Let’s see if they do anything. Teens need an adult supervisor. If you are paying for this camp you are paying too much.

What an unpleasant experience to say the least. We canceled within a week of signing up and that was a challenge. I went in twice to cancel. No one was ever there to help. They said I would get an email which I never received. Then i was given an 800 number and that lady was beyond rude, she raised her voice at me and was talking over me. Horrible experience.

I have been wanting to learn to play tennis and I called the club and was transferred to memberships and this lady that answered said to come for something called a “drill”, telling me that it’s a group class for beginners. So I came all excited and ready and ten minutes in this tennis instructor comes up to me and says: “this drill is for advanced players only” and he took me to the front desk to have them cancel my drill that I signed up for. Thanks for nothing.

We were invited to this facility by my sons school (Southmoor Elementary) for a pool party and what a horrible experience. I’m not sure why you would invite the school and say you’re being inclusive when this facility is not wheelchair accessible. The manager just said they were grandfathered in but then why can you invite the school if you’re just going to not care and discriminate. Just a gimmicky recruiting tactic. My husband can’t enter the facility but could enter the pool area. No handicap spots available so he had to park on the other side, roll to the street and around the facility. We tried to make it work but he wasn’t even able to fit in a restroom stall. Not to mention the naked old guy in the pool restroom which surprisingly my husband was uncomfortable with ? Not sure why the pool party was there since it’s boring for the kids… no slides and can only jump on the diving board. The facility is a dump, looks dingy and outdated. Chunks missing from the concrete around the pool and plenty of snooty people. I don’t like to be flashy but these people would not give me the time of day which is fine by me because I had no interest to ever come back. We will stick with the rec center which is a fraction of the price, nicer, and great for the kids. I would say this place is for people who like to say they belong to a club or older people but not too old in case you can’t walk up stairs easily ‍♀️

How about a class action lawsuit for false advertisement, fraud, etc. ?
If you took tennis lessons from Wendy detrimentally relying on their advertisement that she graduated from the University of Miami, you all may win because she did not graduate. She was there for less than a year. Her tennis coach called and asked, “Where is Wendy?” because she never even showed up for freshman orientation. After she dropped out there, then she retreated with her tail between her legs to her hometown, Toledo, without success there either. If Wendy graduated from college, ask her to produce her diploma. Then check to see if the ink is wet.
Wendy’s mother said that Wendy is fakey after she saw Wendy kiss Bruce Yacko on the lips as a greeting.
So the above supports the fakey claim.
I saw her practicing her smile and greeting in front of a mirror.
She admitted that she dreads spending time with her second husband when he takes photos of nature for hours, but she pretends to like it because he likes it.
Wendy said she's attracted to a “bad boy” image of her first husband as opposed to the dull. So she puts on a false face and bears it.
Wendy’s father always wanted her to graduate from college so that she could coach college tennis. But he never got his wish, even though she was offered a full ride with books at Ohio State University. But she wasted that offer away too and never attended.
Wendy's boss who said his name was Bo was informed of the false advertisement on the tennis club's website a substantially time ago, but they are still posting it. So maybe add them too?

The people and staff is what makes this club the best! You feel right at home when you walk through the door. The best tennis pros who are very professional, amazing classes with fun and motivating instructors and the trainers are always very friendly and willing to help in the weight room. A great place for the whole family.
