After coming here for over a year, today I got my backpack searched. When I returned the cart to the store I stood and waited to see who else got their bags checked. No one else did. When the manager asked if everything was OK I told him exactly what I was doing at he was the one who decided to check my bag. He said they are supposed to check back packs only and no one else came through his line with a backpack. Let's not be selective when we want to enforce rules. The unintended implications made me feel uncomfortable. Needless to say I won't be back to this location. Not sure how many BJ sized items he was expecting me to smuggle into my Tumi backpack.

Today was opening day and I went there about 7pm. The entire parking lot almost full not dull anymore after Kmart closed. There are products here that are cheaper than Costco and Sam’s Club but not all. This is why I’m still keeping Costco and Sam’s because of the price differences of certain items I need ?. The eggs and milk , lemon, spam meats etc average price. Self checkout and Express Lane is always good, quick and easy. The advantage of Sam’s is you get to scan everything on your phone and just leave by paying everything on your phone. In and out quick. I like how they handed out layout map of the store so you know where to go. I signed up the same day I walked in today. People staff members are very nice and helpful. It was a quick and easy no hassle visit.

I just joined after being.a loyal costco member. The prices here are so much cheaper and the quality is so much better. The ease of being able to pull up and having the groceries put into your car is amazing. New loyal customer!!!

Worst customer service!!!
Bought a Display TV at Discount.
Waited 1 hour for Remote Control and Manual. Store could not find!!
Asked to speak with Club Manager.
No where to be found!!
Called club Twice to speak with Manager and waited on hold for 1/2 hour.
Manager should be replaced immediately!!!
Left Sam’s club to join BJ’s
Terrible experience!!!!

I never leave reviews for wholesale clubs because they’re honestly almost all the same. Today I came to this location, which I never go to. Very clean, nice staff. Shout out to Mike who was in the produce section who went out of his way to retrieve an item for me I thought they didn’t have.

I want to start by saying that this Lady was very disrespectful, this woman's customer service was a total lack of respect, super rude and unprofessional, I have been a member of BJ for more than 10 years and I have never had such an uncomfortable interaction with an associate of BJ definitely the corporation needs to take disciplinary action against this manager. Her name is (Tamylia Mateo BJ 395), at least that's how she identified herself.

I have a Sam's club membership because it's 10 minutes away local by car from this BJ's location, Do BJ's compete their prices to make customer shop more often at BJ's instead of Sam's Club?
