it’s always packed, also they never have ANY wipes to wipe down the machines like NEVER, and lastly i had someone take photos of me while stretching and they “couldn’t do nothing” about it but file a report with them. didn’t even kick them out and other people witnessed them taking pictures of me. disgusting.

Been going here for a couple weeks. I love the classes, the people, and the amenities – they really have everything you need for your health and fitness! The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the variety of equipment and classes makes it easy to stay motivated. Additionally, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make each visit enjoyable. It's great to have found a place that prioritizes overall wellness and creates a positive environment for members.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with VASA Fitness. From the start, my wife and I were not informed about an annual fee that was charged just two months into our membership. This lack of transparency led to a payment failure and a $25 fee on both our accounts.

When I called to resolve the issue, I was initially told the fees would be waived due to the oversight by their staff. However, on a follow-up call, I was informed that the fees were valid and could not be reimbursed. To make matters worse, I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager or supervisor to file a formal complaint.

As someone with years of experience in customer service, I find this level of service unacceptable. It feels like VASA Fitness is designed to exploit payment failures, especially by requiring individual accounts for each family member. I am seriously considering canceling our memberships due to this poor customer service and deceptive practice. Not family friendly and they force you into individual accounts to bill mote fees!

UPDATE ON 10/24 that response was a lie no one has reached out from Vasa Fitness! Following up with a formal complaint to the BBB and other avenues, not a family friendly establishment!

Love vasa and everything that offers. Personal trainer James is the best very patient with me due to the fact I’ve never worked out before, I learned a lot and gain strength. I 100 percent recommend him and this gym in general. If you go make sure to also try studio red with Jenna the best!

Excellent facilities always well kept and clean. Plenty of equipment so I never have to wait too long to use anything. Overall one of the better gyms I’ve been to, I really recommend taking a Studio Red class with Coach Emily it’s the best!

LOVE the yoga classes and strength training here with Brittany! She’s a treasure, and well worth the drive to this location. She is super knowledgeable about yoga and body mechanics, and is very attentive to her students’ individual needs.

For the love of God. Get the water fixed, it's gross. Keep the wipes stocked there are always a ton of ppl working there, yet the wipe stations are empty. Machines are broken for over a month, why. Overall the gym is a gym and has the basics but there is room for improvements.
