Absolutely incredible experience and we’ve been part of this family 3 years now! Every time I see what coming to the dojo does for my son’s self confidence, focus, and discipline, I get very happy because it really means a lot for him to have that space to release negative energy and be renewed in a healthy, positive manner without being chastised by those who don’t understand ADHD. This has really helped him and as long as I can make him come, he's going to come. Besides, he really loves coming here even when he’s not really feeling like it and he’s also greatly developing self defense tactics. He enters the dojo and leaves his challenges outside of the door. Sensei Hayden, his wife Keisha, TEAM members, and the entire dojo family have this wonderful camaraderie that continues to build and I love bringing my son plus safety and cleanliness are top priorities while flexibility of the class scheduling is well thought out and organized! Oh and the dojo continues to grow so much that we’ve pretty much outgrown the current training space because Sensei Hayden and Keisha are faithful stewards over what they’ve been entrusted with!

My daughter and I love Purple Dragon! She joined back in 2021 and is still active until this day actually teaching the younger students now. It’s a family environment with so many supportive parents. We do things together outside the dojo as well. Sensi Hayden and Mrs. Keisha are very dedicated to each of the students development, progress, and safety. Come check them out for yourself…….

My daughter has been at Purple Dragon a little over six months now. It is amazing to see a change in my daughter with an increase in confidence and discipline. The environment is phenomenal. You get a sense of camaraderie among the students and parents. I saw growth in my daughter and the other students as well. I felt like the other students were a part of my family. It is definitely the village. It’s good to know that the village still exists in this day and time. There is so much encouragement and motivation. I love it. Even after the session is over, the students do not want to leave. Sensei Hayden and Ms. Keisha does a great job with the training and support for each students. Grateful to be at Purple Dragon ATL!!

Best Decision Ever!! We signed up our kids at Purple Dragon to have an extracurricular activity. We’ve gained a family! In addition to Don Jitsu Ryu karate, Sensei Hayden and Ms. Keisha are role models of hard work, higher education, healthy living and determination. My 6 year old son can do 50 push ups in proper form, cleans his room without me asking and does homework without complaint. I credit the discipline he’s learning at Purple Dragon and appreciate how it complements my parenting. I’m excited to join the new classes geared to adults and parents. Yoga is awesome and I’ll try kick boxing next. As a nurse of many years, I appreciate how clean the dojo is. Routine cleaning and deep cleaning keeps the facility clean and odor free. My family will have a long lasting relationship with Purple Dragon.

We’ve been a part of Purple Dragon for almost a year and in that time my daughter has gained confidence, maturity and a community, as have I. Purple Dragon is more than just a place for your child to learn karate skills, it’s truly a community of families, led by Sensei Hayden and his wife, Ms. Keisha, who advocate for everyone. This experience has been one of the best for our daughter. Not to mention - girls should be able to defend themselves. I love the hands on practices and tactics that they teach, as well as manners, listening, tenacity, patience and communication skills. My 3 kids have been taking classes here for only a week and they truly love it. They look forward to going every day. Great environment for the kids. My 9 yr old son is on the Spectrum & they work great with him. This is better than ABA Therapy that his Psychologist recommended. Sensei is awesome!
